SCENARIO: Your customer has asked you about posters for a moving sale. He is building a new site and will be relocating in a few months. We already know you’ll ask him about his need for signs but are you going to remind of the requirement for “occupancy signs” before he can get a CO? .

Signs are often the last detail, the one people forget until someone says “No signs (ADA restrooms, elevator, stairs, etc), no Certificate of Occupancy.” While many people think of the identification sign for outside the building, they often forget their interior signs. And many are not aware of ADA regs.
